What is your return policy?
Do you offer gift cards?
We stand by our product. If for any reason your product is defective we will refund your purchase if you return your custom baby bottle nipples within 30 days of receiving them.
We only accept gift cards at the moment. As we roll out our launch on Kickstarter we are shooting for a delivery date of any pre-purchased gift cards by the end of December. As an early adopter you will receive monthly updates and notifications on when it is your turn to scan and submit your nipples for creation.
How secure is your information?
Mamilo takes security very seriously. We will never sell or release any of your data, photos, or personal information.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards.
When do I receive instructions for scanning my breasts?
As we get closer to our official closing of our Kickstarter campaign we will notify you of timelines for photo submission and creation of your custom baby bottle nipples. Please email info@mamilo.co if you have any questions and we will respond within 24 hours. Please remember we are a startup that is launching on kickstarter and delivery dates might change based on demand.
